Systemic decolonization.

ETHICAL OBLIGATIONS

Decision Making

We have outlined a decision making structure based on traditional Haudenosaunee indigenous council, as well as current practices around consent and consensus.

It is our commitment and responsibility in this work to acknowledge the historical atrocities and honor the cultural legacies of colonially marginalized peoples. Therefore, the foundational aspect of our decision making process is based on consent and consensus. This allows us to align our actions with decolonization and reclamation.
